IMT550.com provides cloud-based thermostat monitoring and management features, including dashboard access, history, overrides, recurring events, support workflows, account management, and subscription-based service levels. Some features may vary by account type, sponsorship arrangement, or subscription level.
The portal supplements thermostat operation but does not replace appropriate thermostat programming at the device itself. Users are responsible for configuring each thermostat with appropriate native schedules, settings, network access, and credentials. When an override or event ends, the thermostat may revert to its own programmed configuration.
IMT550.com offers both free and subscription-based access. Subscription level may define limits such as the number of thermostats, users, overrides, events, account features, and dashboard refresh intervals. Some accounts may be sponsored or managed by a third party, and in those cases subscription administration may be controlled by that organization.
We work to keep the portal available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, immediate data delivery, or continuous thermostat connectivity. Thermostat communication depends on working local network, internet, WAN access, thermostat hardware status, and correct credentials.
Support is provided through the portal support workflow and related customer communication channels. Operational guidance, help content, and suggested workflows are provided to improve use of the service, but users remain responsible for reviewing settings before applying overrides, events, or other thermostat changes.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if an account violates these terms, uses the service abusively, fails to maintain subscription eligibility, or creates risk to the platform, other customers, or connected systems.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IMT550.com disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from portal use, thermostat communication failure, data delay, network outage, or user configuration decisions.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Updated terms become effective when posted here unless a later effective date is stated.
